Level 1: Maintenance Detail
A refined maintenance detail for a car that is kept clean and needs to stay that way.
For a well-kept car, this is the level that keeps it that way. The paint is hand washed and sealed with ceramic protection on every panel, the wheels and tires are cleaned, and the cabin is vacuumed throughout with every surface wiped down. It is the complete detail in its simplest form, inside and out, in a single visit.

Level 2: Interior and Exterior
Our most popular complete detail.
This is the level most of our customers choose. Everything from Level 1 is included, and the interior goes further with steam cleaning across the plastics, leather and heavily soiled areas, lifting the grime a vacuum leaves behind. Outside, the paint is hand washed and finished with ceramic protection, so the whole car leaves clean, fresh and protected.

The full top to bottom detail. Everything in Level 2, plus shampoo and extraction on the carpets and seats and heavy duty decontamination on the paint. The extraction equipment lives at the shop, so this one is done in Pennsauken.

Our process
Four steps to a flawless finish
Every complete detail follows the same deliberate order, so nothing is rushed and nothing is missed. Here is how your car moves through our hands.
The Interior Comes First
We begin inside, vacuuming the cabin throughout and wiping down every surface. At Level 2 the interior is steam cleaned, and at Level 3 the seats receive our three-step shampoo, which draws stains to the surface, removes them and neutralizes the fabric so they do not return.
Groundwork Before the Gloss
With the cabin complete, we turn to the lower half of the car, where the heaviest dirt collects. Wheels, wheel wells and door jambs are cleaned and prepared before the paint is touched, so grime is never dragged across the bodywork.
Wash and Decontamination
The paint is carefully hand washed, and at Level 3 it is decontaminated to remove the embedded iron particles that dull the finish. What remains is clean, smooth paint ready to be protected.
Seal and Hand Back
A ceramic spray sealant is applied to every panel for protection and a deep shine, the car is dried and inspected, and the keys come back to you with a vehicle that looks and feels like new.

What people ask before they book

Which level should I book?
If the car is already looked after and just needs a reset, Level 1. If it has been a few months and the inside needs proper attention, Level 2 is what most people pick. Level 3 is for a car that has been left a long time, or one you are about to sell.
Do you remove all stains and odors?
We use professional-grade extractors, steam cleaners and detailing chemicals to lift as many stains and odors as the fabric will allow. Our success rate is very high, but a stain that has permanently dyed the material or an odor that has soaked deep into the foam padding cannot always be removed entirely. We will assess your interior first and set realistic expectations before any work begins.
Can you get rid of pet hair?
We do, and we do it properly. Embedded pet hair takes time and specialized tools to lift from carpets and upholstery, which is why it is a $40 add-on instead of part of the standard levels. You only pay for it if your car needs it.
Do you come to me or do I bring the car in?
Levels 1 and 2 we do at your driveway, workplace or lot. Level 3 needs the extraction equipment, so that one is done at the shop in Pennsauken.
What is the ceramic protection on the exterior?
After the wash, every panel is finished with a ceramic spray sealant, and it is included at every level. Unlike a traditional wax, it bonds to the paint rather than sitting on top of it, so it is not stripped away at the next wash. It is a lighter layer of protection than our professional ceramic coating packages, which are a separate service with multi-year durability.
How often should I book a full detail?
Twice a year works for most daily drivers around here. One in spring to get the winter salt out, one in autumn before it starts again.
